Tatiana Simopoulos is the South African’s youngest star to watch on the women’s side at the World
Beach Volleyball Pro Tour scheduled to be held on 2-6 November 2022 in South Africa, Cape Town.
Playing in the qualification draw, Tatiana Simopoulos will be paired with Tamlyn Thomas as they face
high-ranking teams from various parts of the world such as Brazil, USA, Czech Republic, Canada,
China, Austria, Japan, Slovenia, Ukraine, and Mozambique.
Tatiana stressed that, she will be playing the 2nd tournament with her partner Tamlyn Thomas but
she’s looking forward to gaining experience with her at that level. “I am very excited to be gaining
an amazing experience with Tamlyn Thomas and learn how it is to compete on an international
level”, Tatiana alluded.
Tatiana Simopoulos, a 20-years-old young star hails from Gauteng, and she is currently studying
Biokinetics at the University of Johannesburg.
Tatiana Simopoulos’s Beach Volleyball highlights!
Tatian is new in Beach Volleyball, but she was fortunate to win a Bronze Medal at the 2nd Leg of
CAVB Zone IV Beach Volleyball Tour which was hosted in South Africa, Johannesburg in April 2022.
Besides the above-mentioned tour, Tatiana also participated at the other two CAVB Zone IV Beach
Volleyball Tours as follows;
